Welcome to the LittleBox Blog! Designed with our LittleBox Social clients in mind, we hope to provide relevant information for what we call “LittleBox” owners and team members.

What is a LittleBox?  Essentially – a LittleBox is a locally owned and operated business. Could be a store, a dentist office, a non-profit, a salon, or a print shop. These business owners are the heart of a community. Their neighbors are their customers and they know each other by name.

Bottom line is a LittleBox is the opposite of a big box business. The mission of LittleBox is to provide affordable services to local business owners who don’t have a large team of people in a corporate office to help them. Little Box businesses have to carefully balance their budgets, invest wisely and make trade-offs on how they spend their very precious hours of the day.

LittleBox is also a small business – currently in start-up mode. Jenny Edstrom, the owner is the author of this blog the majority of the time. Jenny grew up in Golden Valley, MN and after graduating form the University of Minnesota, settled in Robbinsdale to start her career in leadership development, strategic planning, change management and project management.
